Doing good is much more challenging than doing bad.
Doing good is difficult and slow to yield results, but it is imperative to pursue it. If we neglect to do good, evil, which is easily done, will swiftly take its place and proliferate unnoticed. Therefore, each individual must be resolute and diligent, exerting all their strength to foster and accumulate goodness."
(Granted by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej to those who graduated from the Police Cadet Academy, Suan Amphorn, August 14, 1982)
Because doing good is much more difficult than doing bad. If we don't do good, evil will easily replace it.
